We built what we wanted to use.
Iron Mirror Labs is a small team building Iron Mirror. We are not a big company with a marketing department. We are people who got frustrated with existing fitness tools and decided to build something better.

How We Got Here
The short version of why Iron Mirror exists.
We kept trying fitness apps that promised personalization but delivered the same templates to everyone. Track your reps, log your meals, here is a generic program. None of them looked at you.
What if a fitness app actually started with the person using it? Their body, their weak points, their context. What would that look like?
We started prototyping. Deep onboarding. Physique scanning. AI analysis. Coaching that references your actual scan data. It took longer than expected, but we wanted to get it right.
Iron Mirror is live. We are still building, still improving, still listening to users. The core vision has not changed: help people train smarter by first understanding where they are.

What We Actually Care About
These are not corporate values we came up with in a meeting. They are just how we try to operate.
Honesty Over Hype
We would rather give you an honest assessment than tell you what you want to hear. Real progress requires real feedback.
Context First
Generic advice helps no one. We invest in understanding your situation because good guidance has to be built on good information.
Users Over Metrics
We would rather have fewer users who actually benefit from the product than inflate numbers with people who will churn in a week.
Ship and Iterate
We build, we release, we listen, we improve. Perfectionism kills products. Feedback makes them better.
The Product We Are Building
Iron Mirror is an AI-powered physique coaching platform. You go through a deep onboarding, submit baseline photos, and get AI analysis of your posture, proportions, symmetry, and weak points.
Free users get all of that. Premium users unlock the coaching layer: workouts built around your scan results, nutrition guidance informed by your goals and situation, and education that helps you understand why you are doing what you are doing.
We are not trying to replace human coaches. We are trying to give people who would never hire a coach access to structured, personalized guidance. The kind of assessment and planning that used to require expensive professionals.
“We wanted to build something that actually looks at the person using it.”
