- Technical access failures: If a significant technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing paid features for an extended period.
- Accidental subscription: If you subscribed by mistake and contact us promptly without using paid features.
- Other legitimate cases: We review each request individually and may grant refunds for other reasonable circumstances at our discretion.
Free Trial Cancellation
If you are on a free trial, you can cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. To cancel, visit your account settings or contact support. If you cancel during the trial, you retain access to Pro features until the trial period ends.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged for future billing periods.
- After your subscription ends, you will retain access to Free tier features and your account data.
How to Request a Refund

We aim to respond to refund requests within 2-3 business days. If approved, refunds typically process within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method and financial institution.
What Is Not Typically Refundable
While we review all requests fairly, refunds are generally not granted for:
- Change of mind after significant use of paid features
- Failure to cancel before a billing cycle renewal
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated recommendations (which vary based on individual inputs)
- Partial months or unused portions of a subscription period after cancellation
Annual Subscription Refunds
For annual subscriptions, refund eligibility depends on when you request it and how much of the subscription period you have used. Contact support to discuss your specific situation.
